You'd have to ask Tom about it yourself, but my impression was there was no easy way to host that type of file on Newgrounds, security/liability being a big one. Are there any websites out there that host GM content safely? NG's catchup game with smartphones is almost over...

Website's that host GM content. Well there is GM player (A program that comes with GM) where people can post the GM games. That's all I know about. I don't know any websites though.
